Philosophy

Change does not start with the body; it starts with the way you think. Training is the means. Discipline is the foundation. And progress is a choice. I am not interested in making you simply stronger physically. I am interested in teaching you to continue when things get difficult, build character through challenges and become a little better every day than you were yesterday.Change does not start with the body; it starts with the way you think. “DO IT THIS WAY”

With discipline.

With purpose.

About me

My martial arts journey began in 2012. I hold a 2nd Dan in Kickboxing, a 3rd Dan in Tang Soo Do and a 5th Level in FCS Kali, and I have also trained in Boxing and Muay Thai. Physical conditioning and consistent training are a steady part of both my personal journey and professional approach. My experience is not limited to personal training. I have worked with people of different ages and levels, adapting training to each person’s needs and abilities. My martial arts journey began in 2012. I have taught self-defence seminars in public and private schools, organised by A.S. I ATRAPOS, as well as women’s self-defence seminars organised by the same association. I have also helped organise and teach summer martial arts camps for children and teenagers. To me, all of this is not only about learning a martial art or improving physical fitness. KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a dynamic combat sport and a complete full-body workout. It helps improve balance, endurance, flexibility and fitness while keeping you moving and alert. With the right guidance, training works more than the body. It develops focus, confidence, discipline and composure, gradually strengthening the mind and spirit.Kickboxing is a dynamic combat sport and a complete full-body workout. It helps improve balance, endurance, flexibility and fitness while keeping you moving and alert. With the right guidance, training works more than the body. It develops focus, confidence, discipline and composure, gradually strengthening the mind and spirit.

Kickboxing can be a way to release tension, reset and renew. It helps you leave the day behind, activate your whole body and leave training with more energy and a clear mind. Kickboxing is not only fighting. It is a way to test your limits and discover how far you can go.Kickboxing can be a way to release tension, reset and renew.
